It is real simple if you don't like something that you receive and you wish to return any item in an unused condition we will be more than happy to refund the full amount if returned within 30 days. If you receive your new harness and the old lady or old man throws a fit and you HAVE TO return it, no big deal just post it back to us and we will sort out the paperwork and refund your bank account or CC.  You can change your mind or change an order or cancel the order prior to shipping and will receive a full refund.

We encourage you to use Direct Bank Transfer because it keeps our prices down since we don't have to pay the bank 4-5%. We are able to easily refund you without charging you a bank fee and avoid the fraud associated with credit cards.  We now accept Credit Cards though the Eway portal for those that have no other choice. Help out all of us in keeping prices down by doing Direct Bank Transfer whenever possible.  For items purchased with a Credit Card the full purchase price will be billed not the 10% deposit as is done with Direct Bank Transfer.  All credit card transactions are done through Eway a secure payment portal and deposited into our Kiwibank account.

We use FASTWAYS for our delivery with signature only so you can be assured that your shipment is NOT just left on your door step! Our program charges shipping based on your location and the weight/dimensions of your parcel.  We now offer a weight based shipping option as we can ship from Christchurch to the South Island . Our program charges you what we pay for the actual shipping costs from Fastway. Please note that if you have a rural delivery address (OR are in an area where FASTWAY do not deliver) then we will not be able to ship items directly to you. This is due to restrictions on the couriers and is out of our control. For rural customers our couriers have agreed to hold items at their warehouse and arrange for you to collect from them. Please be aware that this may be some distance from you. Contact us if you are unsure before ordering.  We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if there has been an erroneous listing due to computer errors on our end. In other words; if a listing appears to be too good to be true it is probably a computer error, for example, if a harness that normally sells for $995 is listed for $95 in error.

Regarding Backorders, we are sometimes out of stock on items or our inventory levels get off. Check the item availability prior to completing your order. If the item is back ordered and will take some time, we are happy to refund that amount and let you know when it arrives. We don't want to sit on your money while waiting for products to arrive especially given the delays in shipping.
